Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Senior Mobile Engineer to help us build an offline-first mobile application. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and support the entire application development from concept, design to release.

If you’re passionate about mobile platforms and translating code into user-friendly apps, we would like to meet you. As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build an offline-first mobile application (web application should support offline use cases as well)
• Design + development of UI components for JS-based web and mobile applications
• Deploy Android-app and iOS-app in their store
• Implement new features using Feature Toggle tool that allows turn-on/off features without deploy
• Write clean, reusable, scalable code creating interchangeable front-end modules (may port from React Native -> native Android and/or iOS in future)
• Asynchronous API calls for performance
• Strong familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Support development of mobile SDKas 5+ years of experience working with financial institutions in Bangladesh as it relates to lending

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building mobile applications
• Proven work experience as a mobile developer
• Fluency in interfacing and unit testing
• Comfortable with debugging and working with object-oriented programming
