Capsphere is seeking a full-time Business Development Analyst that will primarily focus on sourcing and on-boarding Investors.

Responsibilities

· Source and on-board retail, High net worth or Private Companies as Investors

· Able to work with the team to develop marketing strategy and drive user acquisition including investors, SMEs

and partners

· Foster engagement and improve user retention through online and offline channels.

· To enhance the profitability of existing customers portfolio through a variety of products offered

· To identify new opportunities on latest industry trends to increase revenue growth of the company

· To develop and implement marketing strategies which are aligned with KPIs and track spending against budget

· To plan, co-ordinate and execute events, seminar, and engagements sessions

· To plan and execute all digital marketing strategies through various channels such as, emails, social media,

forums, and etc

· To assist in formulating and execute advertising and marketing campaigns, media and managing press relations

· To create marketing collaterals in line with company's marketing initiatives that meets company's target market

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in financial market or investments related products
• Degree in Finance/ Marketing/ Business Administration / Economics/ Accounting and Finance or related fields
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Power Point
• Commands good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (English & Mandarin)
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
• Proactive in taking ownership and responsibilities
• Demonstrate passion for technological innovations / FinTech industry
