Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Analyst at Capsphere in Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility for remote work. The Client Services Analyst will be responsible for analyzing client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing client services, and handling financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Client Services and Customer Service abilities
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Campaign design and management to drive customer growth
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Organize and participate seminars
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
