About the Company

We are a consumer health product currently in stealth and launching in fall 2026.

We are building a new category at the intersection of regenerative medicine, longevity, and personalized health. Our goal is to give people a way to preserve their cells today for potential future medical applications, expanding their access to the possibilities of tomorrow’s medicine.

The company is backed by leading investors and being built alongside exceptional scientists, clinicians, operators, and consumer talent. We are approaching a rare inflection point: our first customer experiences, initial clinic partnerships, and public launch.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Founding Growth Intern to work directly with our Head of Consumer Health and help bring an entirely new category to market.

This is not a traditional internship. You will take meaningful ownership across growth, content, partnerships, customer acquisition, and launch strategy. You will work on real company priorities, contribute to live initiatives, and see your ideas move quickly from concept to execution.

One week, you might build a pipeline of high-value clinic or brand partners. The next, you might launch an outbound campaign, produce a short-form video, analyze our customer funnel, help execute an event, or develop a growth experiment designed to reach our first 100 founding members.

We are looking for someone who wants proximity to the decisions, speed, ambiguity, and creative problem-solving involved in building a company from zero.

What You’ll Work On

Growth and Experimentation

  • Help build and continuously improve our go-to-market playbook
  • Develop hypotheses, launch growth experiments, measure performance, and recommend what we should do next
  • Track acquisition, conversion, engagement, and campaign performance
  • Identify underexplored channels and creative ways to introduce the company to new audiences
  • Test opportunities across referrals, partnerships, content, events, community, outbound, SEO, and paid acquisition
  • Focus on measurable outcomes rather than activity for activity’s sake

Content and Community

  • Help develop content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, and email
  • Create short-form videos, founder and expert content, industry explainers, product stories, testimonials, and launch materials
  • Monitor relevant conversations across longevity, consumer health, biotechnology, science, and culture
  • Find thoughtful ways for the company to participate in timely conversations and reach new communities
  • Build relationships with creators, experts, community leaders, and potential brand advocates
  • Translate complex scientific ideas into content that feels clear, compelling, and culturally relevant

Partnerships and Outbound

  • Research target clinics, companies, creators, communities, and strategic partners
  • Identify key decision-makers and build high-quality prospect lists
  • Help craft personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, introductions, and events
  • Support live partnership and business development conversations through research, preparation, and follow-up
  • Maintain an organized partnership pipeline and ensure opportunities continue moving forward
  • Help develop repeatable outreach strategies for different customer and partner segments

Launch and Customer Experience

  • Help recruit and engage our first founding members
  • Support clinic activations, customer blood-draw experiences, gifting initiatives, and launch events
  • Assist with event planning, guest research, logistics, programming, and follow-up
  • Conduct customer interviews and turn insights into recommendations for messaging, product, and growth
  • Help create an exceptional experience across every early customer touchpoint

Strategy and Infrastructure

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Create one-pagers, partnership materials, internal memos, presentations, and sales collateral
  • Help build and maintain our CRM, prospecting, reporting, and outreach infrastructure
  • Keep account records, contact information, activity tracking, and pipeline data accurate and actionable
  • Turn ambiguous questions into structured research and clear recommendations
  • Operate as a high-agency generalist, moving between strategy and execution based on the company’s most important priorities

What Success Could Look Like

Within your first three months, you could:

  • Build a prioritized pipeline of high-value clinic, brand, creator, and community partners
  • Launch several measurable growth experiments from hypothesis through analysis
  • Help acquire and onboard our first founding members
  • Create content that meaningfully expands the company’s reach and credibility
  • Develop a repeatable outbound or partnership playbook
  • Help execute an influencer, customer, clinic, or event activation
  • Surface insights that directly influence our launch strategy and positioning
  • Become a trusted and highly leveraged member of the founding consumer team

Who You Are

  • Exceptionally resourceful, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out without a detailed playbook
  • A strong writer and clear communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Numbers-driven and genuinely curious about why something worked or did not
  • Able to balance analytical rigor with strong creative and brand instincts
  • Comfortable working quickly, receiving direct feedback, and iterating
  • Interested in consumer health, longevity, biotechnology, regenerative medicine, cellular reprogramming, or category creation
  • Willing to do both high-level strategic thinking and the unglamorous execution required to make ideas real
  • Capable of producing a sharp memo, clean spreadsheet, compelling piece of content, or thoughtful outreach message
  • Able to work in person from our San Francisco office two days per week

Your background may be in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, psychology, science, design, media, or something entirely different. We care more about your judgment, initiative, curiosity, and ability to execute than your specific major.

Bonus Points

  • You have built, launched, sold, organized, or grown something from scratch
  • You have an active presence or demonstrated fluency on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, or Reddit
  • You understand what makes content interesting, shareable, and culturally relevant
  • You are comfortable appearing on camera or directing and producing video content
  • You have experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, email platforms, design software, or video editing
  • You have conducted outbound outreach or helped manage a sales or partnership pipeline
  • You have experimented with paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle marketing, or community growth
  • You follow companies such as Function Health, Prenuvo, Eight Sleep, Levels, and Oura
  • You have strong taste and understand why certain brands become trusted, desirable, and culturally magnetic

Why Join

You will get a front-row seat to building and launching a category-defining consumer health company.

You will work directly with senior leadership, gain exposure to biotechnology and consumer company building, and take ownership of projects that would typically be reserved for someone far more senior.

This is an opportunity to learn how a company goes from scientific possibility to consumer product, brand, customer experience, and cultural movement.

The right person will have significant autonomy and the potential to grow with the company beyond the internship.

Interview Process

  1. Introductory conversation with our Head of Consumer Health
  2. Paid take-home project based on a real growth opportunity
  3. Final conversation with members of the team

The take-home project will be capped at approximately two hours and compensated at $100. It may involve creating a piece of growth content, researching a potential audience, or proposing a scrappy experiment.

We are interested in how you think, communicate, and execute, not in polished consulting theater.

How to Apply

Please submit the following to through this posting:

  • Your resume or LinkedIn profile
  • A short note explaining why consumer health and regenerative medicine interest you
  • An example of something you have built, launched, written, sold, or helped grow
  • One creative idea for introducing a new regenerative medicine product to its first 100 customers

Optional but encouraged: include a piece of content, project, account, community, event, deck, or campaign you are proud of.
