We are pioneering the use of artificial intelligence across gastroenterology, hepatology, and other therapeutic areas. We use advanced machine learning and computer vision to interpret videos, images, and other unstructured data to help principal investigators and physicians better address their patients. We are seeking an M&A Integration Associate to manage the end-to-end integration process of acquired companies and new partnerships. This role will be responsible for optimizing the integration process and positioning acquisition targets and commercial partnerships for long-term growth and impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the Company-wide M&A integration function, from pre-closing integration planning, through post-close execution, and ongoing value-realization, ensuring the seamless harmonization of acquired companies
- Partner with executive leadership to establish integration objectives aligned with the strategic rationale for each acquisition and partnership
- Lead cross-functional integration teams through the creation, prioritization, scheduling, and completion of integration activities
- Build comprehensive project plans detailing integration tasks, timelines, and responsible parties
- Lead recurring integration update meetings ensuring that pre-meeting briefings, post-meeting actions items, and comprehensive project plans are continuously updated, refined, and shared with relevant stakeholders
- Identify cross-functional integration dependencies and alleviate bottlenecks
- Create and maintain an integration reporting dashboard for executive leadership
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of integration efforts, and address gaps in resourcing and performance as issues arise
- Build and maintain an integration playbook that demonstrates Iterative Health’s integration strategies and tactics to internal and external stakeholders
- Support the sourcing, evaluation, and closing of acquisition targets, and the execution of commercial partnerships
Required Skills & Experiences:
- Experience in M&A integration or managing complex multi-stakeholder projects
- A track record of having successfully completed acquisition integration projects
- Excellence in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to advance and complete multiple projects in parallel
- Strong communication skills including skills in simplifying complex topics
- Experience facilitating efficient meetings and ensuring accountability for results
- Analytical mindset with ability to proactively identify and solve integration challenges
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and reporting
- Relentlessness in the pursuit of a fully harmonized organization
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with healthcare technology or the clinical research industry
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Six sigma certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
