As an AI Value Delivery Lead, you are on the front lines of turning customer contracts into real outcomes. You'll work alongside senior leads and cross-functional teammates to execute onboarding sprints, support customers through their early value journey, and help build the infrastructure that makes Klarity's delivery function scale.

This is a high-ownership, high-growth role. You'll be doing real work, not shadowing it.

This is role we’re looking for:

  • Understanding of great operational design and familiarity with process engineering, knowing the importance of having just the right level of structure.

  • Ability to think abstractly and speak at all levels: Executive Facilitation & Storytelling, User Journey Design, Customer Experience & Product.

  • Design thinking depth, change management skills and a builder mindset. A player coach who can multiply teams with your experience and make it scalable with AI.

  • Outcome oriented and creatively scrappy: Hypothesize, hustle and hone. Knows when to bend frameworks, creates 2 way doors, technological self starter and treats setbacks as learning opportunities.

Serving as a front line conduit for ou’ll turn field learnings into scalable playbooks, product improvements and customer outcomes.

Portfolio / Span of Control ~10 - 15 enterprise customers | $1 - 3M book of business ownership

What you'll do:

  • Drive time-to-value for your customers: Own and execute structured onboarding & implementation sprints that help customers hit their magic milestones within 20 - 30 days. You'll own the day-to-day coordination, customer communication, and progress tracking.

  • Support strategic advisory: Partner with senior leads on executive-facing deliverables, journey maps, readouts, change deployment sessions, and grow into facilitating these independently over time.

  • Improve how we work: Spot friction in the implementation process and propose fixes. We expect you to make the playbook better, not just follow it.

  • Be the connective tissue: Relay field learnings back to Product and Sales. Your observations from the front line are a core input into how Klarity evolves.

Who you might be:

  • You've worked in consulting, deployments, customer success, or a transformation-adjacent role and have hands-on experience running structured workstreams

  • You're comfortable in ambiguity. You can scope a problem, make a plan, and execute without waiting for perfect information.

  • You communicate clearly across levels. You can write a crisp Slack to a user and a clean executive summary.

  • You actively use automation, no-code tools, AI workflows, have the curiosity and speed to learn fast

  • Bonus: Experience in enterprise SaaS, six sigma process design and or change management

What success looks like:

Primary KPIs:

  • Onboarding Sprint Value Realization Attainment across your customers (SLA)

  • Customer Experience & Implementation Health (Index Percentages)

  • NRR & GDR based on book of business

  • Internal optimization (process improvements deployed + impact)

A 2-3 day work pilot is part of the application which will include:

  • Design thinking: Execute a customer lifecycle event model for an assigned value stream

  • Process optimization: Identify and propose a fix to one onboarding bottleneck

  • Tool prototype: Build an agent or automation using internal tools that address an existing hurdle for the team

  • Customer & executive communication: Present your findings in an Executive Readout format
