- Manage day-to-day team operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and deal strategy
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching sessions to support skill development and career growth
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Enablement to continuously improve sales playbooks, onboarding, and enablement programs
- Partner cross-functionally with Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey and feedback loop
- Analyze and report on key metrics to inform decision-making and drive accountability across the team
- Play an active role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members who align with Monograph’s values and culture
- Foster a motivating, inclusive, and supportive team environment that celebrates collaboration, curiosity, and growth
You Are
- A strategic and empathetic leader who knows how to bring out the best in people
- Motivated by seeing others succeed and skilled at building team culture
- Data-driven and disciplined in process, but adaptable when needed
- A clear and confident communicator - able to inspire, challenge, and coach effectively
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and takes ownership of outcomes
- A culture-builder who leads with authenticity and inclusion
Your Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an SMB or mid-market closing role with proven success exceeding quota
- 2+ years of experience leading Account Executives or a similar sales team
- Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and CRM best practices (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong coaching and performance-management skills with a track record of developing talent
- Analytical mindset - you make decisions informed by metrics, not guesswork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity, dependable, and consistent in follow-through
Compensation
- 150,000–$170,000 OTE (base + commissions), depending on experience and performance, plus full benefits and clear opportunities for growth within our sales team.
