Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Marketing Associate to join our innovative team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating demand from our US clients. If you are organized, detail-oriented and have a passion for supporting small businesses in Southeast Asia, we invite you to be a part of our journey.

We are fully remote with the option to come into the office in Bangkok.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Assist in the creation of engaging and shareable content for digital platforms, including social media, emails, and blog posts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing assets that align with Seak's brand identity.
• Social Media Management:
• Support in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, with a focus on Instagram.
• Monitor social media trends and contribute ideas for content that resonate with our target audience.
• Campaign Support:
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to seasonal promotions, product launches, and awareness initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and engagement.
• Data Analysis:
• Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the supplier team, engineering, and UI/UX, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
• Interest in home decor and artisanal goods is a plus.
• Experience with Canva, Instagram, email marketing, blog/ SEO optimization is preferred.
