Position Description

We are seeking an experienced, resourceful, organized and highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist in our New York City office (or remote) to grow Sigma's online presence and to drive inbound opportunities for our platform.

Your Role

Working closely with the Director of Marketing to execute demand generation strategies that tie back to company goals. Key skills include:

Copywriting across all formats: Ads, Emails, Landers, LinkedIn Posts, etc.
Support with building and launching campaigns & demand generation tactics across Social Media, Email, and Website to name a few
Offer innovative strategies for traffic generation (including SEO and AI-driven)
Leverage technology and tools we use: Hubspot (CMS & Marketing), Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn

What We Seek

The ideal candidate in a hunter/killer who has a history of trying new things and successfully building out demand generation functions. The candidate loves the challenges that come with building a demand generation machine in a fast-growing, competitive market. The candidate is not afraid to try new things and brings a “can-do” approach to winning in the market and internally at Sigma.

Candidate Qualifications

At least five (5) to seven (7) years of demand generation experience
An excellent copywriter
Able to pivot quickly in an agile environment
Keen to gain both depth and breadth of experience in a generalist role
Shows initiative and is comfortable proactively navigating challenges
Interested in learning about regtech and topics like anti-money laundering, know your customer, cusotmer screening, network risk and risk management
Love to meet and exceed goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Team player with entrepreneurial spirit
Positive, aggressive, goal-oriented attitude
Have a BA / BS degree, frequently in business, finance, and related
