About the role
Every day, thousands of drivers and hundreds of clients rely on JustPark - the UK’s favourite parking app that connects 14M+ drivers to over 250K spaces, parking a car every 2 seconds. As we grow our global footprint across the UK and US, we are seeking a driven and organized Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns and ensure flawless cross-functional execution across the marketing team.
You will be the central force driving integrated marketing execution across JustPark. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business - especially within brand, product marketing, content, paid and digital teams -to ensure that complex marketing campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and with maximum impact.
This role is pivotal in aligning marketing strategy with execution. You’ll be responsible for connecting the dots across all channels and ensuring operational efficiency and quality delivery of initiatives that span brand campaigns, product launches, lifecycle marketing, and partner co-marketing.
You’ll bring operational rigor to the team - putting in place processes, tracking systems, campaign reporting and campaign calendars to support seamless planning, execution and retrospectives. You’ll be a master of coordination, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards while supporting the company's ambitious growth goals.
What you’ll do
- Campaign Ownership & Management: Ownership of the end-to-end execution of B2B and B2C Integrated Marketing campaigns in Partnership with the Marketing leadership team. You’ll have full visibility into all activities that are being launched across the team and will ensure that there is a rigorous process implemented to launch, track and scale campaigns as the company grows
- Sponsorship Activations: Brief in US and UK sponsorship briefs to the creative design team and work with the respective clients on the implementation of the assets ensuring tracking and reporting are in place. Maintain ongoing oversight and relationship with sponsorship clients to ensure optimal refinement and execution of sponsorship assets
- Campaign Process Build: Build a framework that supports campaign launches across multiple channels and geographies. You’ll build out campaign calendars, project and process documents that are designed to be repeatable and scalable, standardising the ways of working across the team
- Marketing Calendar Management: Working with the marketing leads you will build and maintain a centralized marketing calendar that captures all campaign activities, product launches, and key milestones—ensuring transparency and avoiding conflicts across teams
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with channel owners (e.g., content, performance, product marketing, b2b marketing, CRM) to ensure campaign deliverables are clear, deadlines are met, and dependencies are managed effectively
- Marketing Enablement: Work in partnership with commercial stakeholders to ensure campaign assets and messaging are delivered in a timely manner to internal teams (Sales, Customer Support, etc.)
- Project Management: Lead on project scoping, resource planning and allocation and status reporting across multiple campaigns running concurrently
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Collaborate with the commercial stakeholders and marketing analytics team to develop KPIs for integrated campaigns and track performance. Build out a presentation format for the sharing of results during and after the campaign, ensuring there is a platform for the sharing of insights post-campaign to inform future activities
- Campaign Retrospectives: Be the driver of our learning muscle by coordinating retrospectives, collating learnings and feedback, and proposing process improvements to ensure every campaign we run is better than the last
- Agency Coordination: For larger campaigns you may be tasked with partnering with an agency to deliver upon these campaigns. In these instances you’ll work with the CMO and Brand lead to identify and source the agency that is best positioned to work on the campaign
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management, ideally in tech or high-growth environments
- Proven track record managing complex marketing programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
- Strong project management skills and experience with marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Confluence, Trello, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills—with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with a broad range of marketing disciplines including content, performance, CRM, and brand
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- A strategic mindset with a bias for execution and continuous improvement
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
- Experience of working with external partners on sponsorship implementations a bonus
