About the Role

As we expand our reach and capabilities, we seek a Marketing Content Specialist to elevate our brand through expertly crafted videos and written content. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating high-quality tutorials, demos, and case studies and managing our digital communications to effectively showcase our products and engage our technical audience.

What You'll Do

  • Video Production: Develop and produce professional videos demonstrating our platform's capabilities, including tutorials, demos, and digital tours, to engage and educate potential clients.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit compelling content, such as case studies highlighting customer success, detailed feature releases, and targeted email campaigns that communicate the benefits of our AI solutions.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee our LinkedIn and other social media accounts, crafting posts that reflect our innovative spirit and engaging with our community to foster relationships and build brand loyalty.
  • SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO strategies across all content, utilizing analytics to measure impact and refine our approach for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure a unified brand message and to gather insights that inform impactful content.

About You

  • Industry Experience: You have at least three (3) years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or AI technology setting, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of AI products.
  • Advanced Content Skills: Exceptional ability in writing, editing, and content production, demonstrated through a portfolio that includes both written content and videos.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with the technical nuances of Generative AI and can translate complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Creative and Proactive: A self-starter with a knack for innovative problem-solving and project management, able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in environments that require working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
