About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our startup's growth. This pivotal role involves leading prospecting and outreach efforts. As one of our first non-engineering hires, you will be key in shaping and executing our growth strategy.
What You'll Do
- Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach initiatives (LinkedIn, Cold Calling, Events, Conferences, etc).
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture connections with key decision-makers, including executives, directors, and procurement teams.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content such as case studies showcasing customer success, product tour videos, tutorials, and targeted email campaigns to communicate the benefits of our AI solutions effectively.
About You
- Experience: You have 3+ years in business development or sales roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or AI technology sectors. You have a proven track record of successfully prospecting and closing deals with large enterprises and managing complex sales cycles.
- Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable with the technical aspects of Generative AI and can translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Creative and Proactive: You are a self-starter with a talent for innovative problem-solving and project management, capable of juggling multiple initiatives without compromising quality.
- Networking Prowess: You possess a strong network within Fortune 500 companies and can build new relationships quickly.
