The Tailbox App (currently available on iOS) is AI-powered travel companion that transforms the way people explore the world. We bring hidden stories to life, craft personalised journeys, and connect travellers with vibrant communities.
We are looking for absolute GOAT and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Tailbox. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. Your main goal will be to engage our audience, build brand awareness, and drive user growth by creating mind-blowing, out of the ordinary content
You should be obsessed with social media and its trends, crazy about content creation, and capable of turning ideas into mind-blowing posts, stories, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
▸ Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, crazy engaging content for Tailbox’s social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
▸ Social Media Management: Manage and monitor our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), guaranteeing consistent brand messaging and timely responses to comments and messages.
▸ Community Engagement: Build and nurture our online community by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and strategically and actively interacting with other accounts.
▸ Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with our marketing goals, including promotions, collaborations, and user-generated content initiatives.
▸ Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimise strategies and improve engagement. You know the deal :)
▸ Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Tailbox at the forefront of digital marketing.
▸Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and designers to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
> Solid video editing and graphic design skills. We use CapCut and Canva but whatever works for you.
> A Content Marketing Pro. You consistently create content that stops people from scrolling and makes them watch until the end.
> Familiarity with AI tech.
🔥 Must have: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the travel, tech, or app industry.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
● Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
● Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Passion for travel, storytelling, and connecting with people.
