Position: Senior iOS App Developer

Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

1. iOS App Development:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality iOS applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

2. Architecture and Design:

- Architect and implement robust and scalable iOS application architectures.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Knowledge of standard architectural frameworks like MVC and/or MVVM are desirable

3. Code Quality and Testing:

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Implement and advocate for best practices in iOS development.

- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and quality of applications.

4. Innovation and Optimization:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in iOS development.

- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.

- Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.

5. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software products.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.

6. Agile Development:

- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

7. Documentation:

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.

- Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation for seamless team collaboration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an iOS App Developer with 5-7 years of hands-on development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.

- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.

- Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Previous experience in [relevant industry/domain].

- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Experience with SwiftUI.

- Published apps on the App Store.
