About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on student to join our marketing team in a versatile role that spans visual content creation, website updates, and general marketing support. You’ll help with our website migration and maintenance, create compelling visual materials, and bring our complex innovations to life in clear and engaging ways. This role is on a zero-hour contract, so hours are flexible and project-based, typically ranging from 8 to 20 hours per week depending on priorities and your availability.

What You'll Do

• Design graphics and visuals for social media, the website, and presentations

• Create marketing materials like brochures, banners, infographics, and conference materials

• Assist with CMS migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Build new web pages in the new CMS based on prepared content and team guidance

• Support day-to-day marketing activities as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• Currently enrolled as a bachelor's or master's student in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools

• Some prior experience with website creation or maintenance. Experience with CSS, HTML and web forms will put you ahead.

• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented

• A fast learner who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn new tools and frameworks

• Able to work independently on defined tasks while collaborating effectively with the team

• Strong communication skills in English
