Hey there 👋

We’re Rivet 😎 a platform that helps musicians, creators, and artists identify, retain, and nurture their most engaged fans. We help people analyze and optimize fan engagement and empower them with new avenues for monetizing their audiences directly.
So far, our platform has welcomed 2500 talented creators and we’re on the cusp of announcing exciting new partnerships. Recently venture-backed, we’re now seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our rocket ship and help take Rivet to the next level.
As our lead product designer at Rivet, you’ll have the unique opportunity to design a new way for creatives to understand and tap into their most engaged fans, all from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in Rivet’s evolution as an intuitive, intelligent, and actionable platform for creative teams looking to become more data-driven and community-driven. You’ll join our HUNGRY team of creators and engineering wizards and drive a culture built on creating RIVETING experiences.
Are you ready to rock and roll?

Our Story 🎵

Rivet’s story begins a few years ago, when one musician started to grow frustrated with how difficult it was to manage his growing fanbase.
This wasn’t a frustration that was felt by him alone. As he talked to other artists, it became increasingly clear that the world needed better solutions for artists to understand how to engage with their fans. Independent artists in particular struggle with learning to be their own manager, marketing, CRM, and more, while still having the time and space to do what matters most to them: making art.
This musician set out on a mission to bridge that gap for him and his fellow artists, so that they can focus on what they love to do most. He brought together a team to build that bridge with him, and Rivet was born.

Our Team & Culture 🎤

We’re an ambitious and driven team of creatives from MIT and USC with backgrounds in entrepreneurship, machine learning, and music. We’re dedicated to progressing with persistence, limitless vision, and confidence in ourselves and our platform. Operating like a world championship team, we strive to create an environment where every team member at every level feels trusted and confident to take initiative, embrace uncertainty, bring their unique perspective to the table, and be a game changer.
Rivet is a black-owned, woman-owned company that values and deeply understands the importance of inclusivity and empathy, both within the team culture and reflected in our product experience. Above all, we strongly believe in the power that comes from each person’s own creativity, unique experiences, and ideas, and we’re excited to harvest that magic to create an incredible experience for users.
